I was born in Switzerland into a family of Indian heritage and grew up surrounded by different cultures, traditions and ways of understanding life. Later, my studies in the United States and my travels around the world broadened my perspective and awakened a deep curiosity about people, nutrition and the way we care for our bodies, minds and inner selves.
My journey into well-being began with my own experience. Over the years, I have faced numerous allergies and intolerances of many different kinds, which led me to question the underlying causes rather than simply managing the symptoms.
This personal journey sparked a deep interest in understanding the body, its natural balance, and the ways in which we can support its ability to heal. What started as a search for answers for myself gradually became a passion for exploring holistic approaches to health and well-being. From there, I was drawn to nutrition, Ayurveda and other practices that invite us to care for our bodies, minds and inner selves.
Food4Confidence was born from this journey: from my roots, my studies, my travels, my experiences and, above all, my desire to share a kinder, simpler and more intuitive approach to self-care.
I do not believe in perfection or impossible rules. I believe in listening to our bodies, nourishing them with awareness and learning to choose what genuinely makes us feel well. I believe in the power of small daily rituals, vibrant and nourishing food, the stillness of meditation and the importance of reconnecting with ourselves.
My purpose is to guide and inspire you as you discover your own path to well-being — always with knowledge, respect and love.
What began as a personal journey is now a space for nourishment, well-being and connection — for anyone ready to return to themselves.
